干式溜光抛光机是一种表面研磨抛光处理设备，相较于其他研磨抛光机，其全程无水干式研磨，根据产品不同，可相应做到镜面效果。

它主要用于对各种金属不锈钢、锌合金、铝合金、铁件料等材质的工件进行表面抛光处理。工作时不需要使用大量的液体研磨剂，通过干式的抛光磨料和高速旋转的抛光工作桶等部件来打磨工件表面，从而让工件获得光滑的外观。例如在五金零件加工中，可有效去除零件表面氧化层，提升零件的光洁度、平整度，亦可根据要求做到光亮镜面效果。这种抛光机结构通常包含动力装置、PU胶抛光桶、研磨介质等部分，操作方便，而且由于是干式作业，避免了液体研磨剂带来的废水处理等问题。

 Dry polishing machine is a surface grinding and polishing equipment. Compared with other grinding and polishing machines, it is a dry grinding process without water throughout. Depending on the product, it can achieve a mirror-like effect accordingly. It is mainly used for surface polishing of various metal materials such as stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, and iron parts. During operation, it does not require a large amount of liquid grinding agent. Instead, it polishes the surface of the workpiece through dry polishing abrasives and a high-speed rotating polishing work bucket. This enables the workpiece to obtain a smooth appearance. The structure of this polishing machine usually includes a power device, a PU rubber polishing bucket, and grinding media, etc. It is easy to operate and, due to the dry operation, avoids problems such as wastewater treatment caused by liquid grinding agents.
